1. Refund Policy for Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of our 30-Day Yoga Journal and any other digital downloads are final and non-refundable. Once a purchase has been completed, the product is immediately available for download and cannot be returned. If you experience any technical issues accessing your purchase, please contact me at hello@yogawithsophielouise.com.

2. Liability Disclaimer (Yoga & Well-Being)

Yoga is a physical practice that requires mindfulness and self-awareness. Any guidance, videos, or blog posts on this site are for informational purposes only and should not replace professional medical advice. By engaging in any yoga practice shared on this website, you acknowledge that you do so at your own risk. I am not responsible for any injuries, damages, or losses that may occur as a result of following my content.

If you have any medical concerns, please consult a healthcare professional before practicing yoga.

3. Class Policies & Cancellations

Cancellations

Class cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to receive a refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the class will unfortunately be non-refundable. This policy helps ensure fairness for everyone and allows me to prepare the best possible experience for those attending.

Class Start Times

Please arrive 5 minutes early. Doors will be shut on time so the class can start promptly.

4. 5-Class Pass Terms & Conditions

By purchasing a 5-Class Pass, you agree to the following terms:

  • The pass is valid for 60 days from the date of purchase.

  • The pass is non-refundable and non-transferable.

  • The pass can be used for any regularly scheduled yoga class (subject to availability).

  • If you cancel a class less than 24 hours before the start time, that session will still be deducted from your pass.

  • If a class is cancelled by the instructor, the credit will remain valid for future bookings.

  • The pass cannot be extended beyond the expiry date unless under exceptional circumstances (at the instructor’s discretion).

5. Copyright & Content Protection

All content on this website, including blog posts, images, digital downloads, and course materials, is owned by Sophie Leach | Yoga with Sophie Leach and is protected under copyright law.

You may:
